This makes the chain shorter, but it can also lead to a chain reaction. You need to get rid of all of the balls and this is easier said than done. Each time you shoot a ball, a new one will go on the scarab, but you do not get to dictate the color of the ball.
The line of balls is always moving so you have to get your timing just right. Luxor can be pretty fast-paced so it can be tough to always get your aim just right. If you miss and the ball you shoot does not cause any to disappear, the ball you shot gets added to the chain!
